01 PRIVATE LABEL

Private Label Sensory Toy Development

Put your brand on sensory toys, squishies and stress balls — from existing-product rebranding to fully custom shapes. One accountable contact from brief to production.

02 TWO WAYS TO BUILD YOUR RANGE

Existing product,
or a shape that is yours alone.

01

Existing Product Private Label

Start from a proven shape and make it yours — recolor the shell, adjust the filling, change the packaging and add your branding. Lower tooling cost and a shorter path to market.

02

Fully Custom Product Development

A new mold is tooled for a silhouette that belongs to your brand. Higher upfront investment and a longer timeline, but full ownership of shape, feel and shelf identity.

03 EXISTING PRODUCT · PRIVATE LABEL

From a proven base
to your branded range.

We coordinate every element against your brief — color matching, fill selection, packaging formats and logo placement — then confirm the whole package with a physical sample before production.

04 FULLY CUSTOM · CUSTOM MOLD

A mold that is
yours to keep.

07 FAQ

Private label questions
before you brief.

What is the difference between private label and custom mold development?

Private label starts from an existing product and changes color, fill, finish, logo and packaging. A fully custom project creates a new shape from a new mold. We scope both as separate project tracks and quote them accordingly.

Can I use my own brand name and logo on the product and packaging?

Yes. Branding can be coordinated across the product surface, hang tags, polybags and retail packaging. Artwork placement and print method are confirmed against the selected SKU.

What is the typical MOQ for private-label sensory toys?

Private-label MOQ is typically from 500 pcs per SKU, but it varies by construction and how many elements are customized. We reconfirm the exact MOQ with the matched supplier before quoting.

Can I change the filling of an existing product?

Yes, within what the base product supports. Soft, gel, bead-clay and crisp fills can be coordinated depending on the shell and closure, and are confirmed at sampling.

How do I approve the final product before production?

We coordinate a physical pre-production sample so you can sign off shell, color, fill, hand-feel and packaging against an approved standard before bulk production begins.

How long does private-label development take?

Timing is project dependent. Sampling, artwork approval and packaging revisions are typically the longest steps; we map the full workflow and checkpoints once your brief is confirmed.

Do you own the factory making my products?

KLS Sensory is not a factory. We coordinate a matched production partner and manage the private-label process on your behalf — from brief and sampling through production follow-up.
