- Week 2 — ColorPantone-matched shell tints across 5 colorways; two rounds of shade revision on the hero SKU.
- Week 3 — PackagingBranded color box with barcode and insert design; print proofs checked against the brand system.
- Week 4 — Sample approvalPhysical samples approved for shell, fill, recovery and packaging alignment.
